Fund Overview
The Gemini Pilot Fund is $1.25 million investment fund, established to enable Gemini Capital Partners to commence
investments in businesses that are indicative of the investment strategy of the Gemini Fund
The Fund would invest up to $350,000 in any one business in primarily equity investments. Investments made by the Gemini
Pilot Fund would transfer into the Gemini Fund when the Gemini Fund is closed.
